How to use the stencils
To use the stencils, use the following guide:
- Open the zip file and save the VSSX file(s) to your Documents\My Shapes folder.
- In Visio, ensure the Shapes pane is open by clicking View > Tasks Panes > Shapes.
- In the Shapes pane, click More Shapes > My Shapes and select one of the Lenovo packages
- You can then drag/drop the required shape onto your document
Tips for use:
- These VSSX files require Visio 2013 or later
- All stencils work best on pages of scale 1:2 to 1:30 - Template pages with the proper settings are available for download from the VisioCafe template page. Do not use the Visio "Blank page" which uses a scale of 1:1 (no scale), it has been found to cause a lot of problems.
