Darryl Miles

Darryl Miles is an IT Specialist with IBM Australia. He has over 12 years of experience in network operating system and server infrastructure sizing, design, and implementation. His areas of expertise include Windows, Citrix, VMware, Lotus® Notes®, and Linux and has authored Redbooks and Redpapers on Citrix MetaFrame and Lotus Domino®. Darryl has many industry certifications including MCSE, CCA, CCNA, CNE and IBM Professional Server Engineer. He holds an honors degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University, Australia.
