Dustin Fredrickson is a Senior Engineer and Technical Team Lead for the System x Performance Development team in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. He holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, and has a background in small business IT management. He has 10 years of experience in the System x Performance Labs, with responsibilities including competitive systems analysis, file server and high speed network analysis, and server systems tuning. Dustin currently leads a team of engineers responsible for early hardware performance development activities across System x and BladeCenter servers and options.
