In this 40-minute replay, Lenovo Lonker and Ryan Bradley, ISG Services, presented ISG Factory Integrated Services (FIS) and Easy Attach Services (EAS). FIS includes services such as asset tagging, image loading and carton labels. EAS are P/N services for migrations, deployments, health checks and Xclarity. Additionally, Joe Murphy did a quick demo of the LETS Portal website showing features beyond Ask LETS including sizers, question bank (FAQs) and profile customization.
