From Use Case to AI Outcomes - Client Managers
As a Client Manager, you don’t need to design an AI Factory or answer every technical question. You do need to recognize when an initial request may point to something bigger, ask questions that uncover the business need, explain Lenovo and NVIDIA’s value at a high level and know when to brin in additional expertise.
This course is about what happens when your existing AI knowledge meets a customer conversation. By completing it you prepare yourself to:
- Explain how an AI Factory helps customers move from isolated AI efforts to repeatable, scalable business outcomes.
- Describe, at a high level, how Lenovo, NVIDIA and Lenovo Services work together to support AI initiatives.
- Recognize customer signals that may indicate a broader AI opportunity, beyond an initial request.
- Identify business-focused questions that help clarify the customer’s goals, constraints and readiness.
