Gaining Insight to Your Data and Analytics Customers
As a part of the ISG Data and Analytics curriculum, this course uses 4 mini-scenarios to help ISG and Partner sellers practice gathering information to gain insight into their customer’s business, IT landscape and data flow. Completing this course will allow sellers to:
•Build a picture of the customer encompassing 3 main elements (business characteristics and challenges the data flow and the IT Landscape) and
•Utilize research and customer discussion to identify an opportunity to sell a Lenovo solution supporting big data, database or SAP HANA.
