The Lenovo Cloud Solutions for Tech Sales curriculum begins with cloud technology fundamentals and journeys through to customer solution design considerations and sizing. This curriculum covers the connection between business challenges and infrastructure. Key topics include identifying the right solution and services for the customer and gathering the relevant customer details for design decisions. Curriculum learning objectives are reinforced through the use of interactive, modified simulations of customer scenarios.
