Abstract
This solution brief describes how the Lenovo ThinkAgile MX Series, integrated with Azure Local, extends Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) into an on-premises solution. This combination provides a flexible VDI environment that offers the performance of local hardware with the management benefits of a cloud service. By optimizing the server configuration, this solution delivers a seamless user experience, including support for graphics-intensive workloads, while enabling cost savings through multi-session capabilities on a single virtual machine. This approach simplifies IT management by providing a single console for all components and eliminates the burden of traditional VDI infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
