Emulex ExpressLane is a quality-of-service (QoS) feature of Emulex Gen 5 and Gen 6 Fibre Channel adapters. It prioritizes mission-critical traffic in congested networks, ensuring maximum application performance of the storage devices that need it the most, such as all-flash storage arrays.
In this video, Hemal Purohit from Broadcom, Tony McKenzie from Brocade, and David Watts from Lenovo Press perform a live demonstration of how effective ExpressLane is at prioritizing the traffic of one LUN over all other LUNs.
