Steve McKinney is an Executive Consultant for Lenovo's Enterprise Briefing Center. In this position Steve has responsibility for consulting with customers, partners and our sales force on Lenovo's server products and solutions, including Flex System, System x, ThinkServer, NeXtScale, XClarity, and virtual desktops. He also assists account teams and business partners with the planning and implementation of their sessions in our center.
Steve spent 38 years with IBM holding staff and management positions in sales, marketing and technical support both domestically and internationally. In October 2014, he joined Lenovo in his current position as Executive Consultant for the Enterprise Executive Briefing Center.
Prior to working for IBM Steve achieved an MBA, coached wrestling, taught business curriculums and was the Director of the Hospitality Division for an international hotel company. Outside of work Steve's hobbies include wood working, hiking, fishing and all other types of outdoor exercise. Unknown facts are that he was the 372nd employee hired into IBM's original PC Independent Business Unit in February of 1982 and is an Eagle Scout.
