On March 6, 2018, Lenovo announced new ThinkAgile VX Series offerings, new DSS-G offerings, and new ThinkSystem and System x server options, Read this article to find out what we announced, plus links to product guides with all the details.
ThinkAgile VX Series for VMware vSAN
Lenovo ThinkAgile VX Series appliances are designed to help you simplify IT infrastructure, reduce costs, and accelerate time to value. These offerings are factory-integrated, pre-configured ready-to-go appliances and are based on Lenovo ThinkSystem servers and VMware vSAN Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) software. The VMware offers a unique, software-defined approach to hyper convergence, leveraging the hypervisor to deliver compute, storage and management in a tightly integrated software stack.

DSS-G
Lenovo Distributed Storage Solution for IBM Spectrum Scale (DSS-G) is a software-defined storage (SDS) solution for dense scalable file and object storage suitable for high-performance and data-intensive environments. New DSS-G offerings have now been announced that are based on the new ThinkSystem SR650 servers.
Combined with Lenovo D1224 and D3284 storage enclosures and industry leading IBM Spectrum Scale software, these engineered solutions offer a high performance, scalable building block approach to modern storage needs.
