Abstract
In December, Lenovo announced new server options.
Server options
In December, we announced the following new server options:
- New Solid-state drive families
- Additional SSD storage capacity:
- New Flash storage adapters
- New GPUs -- see the ThinkSystem GPU Summary for these adapters:
- ThinkSystem AMD Radeon Pro V340 32GB PCIe Passive GPU
- ThinkSystem NVIDIA Tesla T4 16GB PCIe Passive GPU
- New HDD capacities -- see the ThinkSystem HDD Summary:
- 14TB 3.5-inch NL-SATA and NL-SAS HDDs
- New RAID adapter
- ThinkSystem RAID 730-8i 2GB Flash PCIe 12Gb Adapter (China and AP countries)
In addition, we expanded support for existing SSDs:
- ThinkSystem 5200 Mainstream SATA 6Gb SSDs - added support for the SD530
- 2.5" 1.2TB 10K SAS 12Gb Hot Swap 512n HDD SED - added support for the SN550 and SN850
